Helpful Tips to Prepare for Your Lash Lift
Our goal is to ensure you have the best possible Lash Lift experience.
To help you get the most beautiful results, please take a moment to read and follow the tips below before your appointment.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT* - For best results, do not wear any makeup 24 hours prior to your appointment. Eyes must be COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY MAKEUP. This includes foundation around the eye area. Makeup build up, mascara, or improper cleaning will affect the lash lift process and removing eye makeup right before your lash service may cause irritation around the eyes. *Makeup removal results in additional time and a removal fee of $25 will be added to your service.
STOP USING LASH SERUMS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: Lash Serums work by increasing the blood supply to the follicles of the lashes. This could change the outcome of the lift. Lash Serums can be used 48 hours after Lift.
NO LASH EXTENSIONS - To ensure a safe and effective Lash Lift, your natural lashes must be clean, healthy, and free of any residue or damage.
If you arrive with any of the following:
Lash extensions
Lash glue residue
Damaged or weakened lashes from previous extensions
…unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your service, and the payment for your reserved appointment will be forfeited.
Please arrive with clean, product-free, and healthy lashes to help us achieve the best results and avoid any cancellation fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
NO CONTACT LENSES - Contact lenses must be removed prior to your lash service. We recommend bringing eyeglasses or a new pair of contacts to apply after your service is completed.
EYE OR LASH CONDITIONS POLICY - If you are experiencing any eye or lash conditions, sensitivities, or irritations, please seek medical care/advice before scheduling your lash appointment with us. A note from your physician may be required prior to performing any service. If you are unsure whether your eye condition will affect the lash lift service or process, we recommend contacting us for a consultation first. Lash Lift RI LLC reserves the right to deny any lash service for the protection of our guests and staff.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR CHILDREN - Only one client will be permitted in room at a time. No additional guests, children, or friends.
CELL PHONES: As a courtesy, we ask that our clients put cell phones on silent and refrain from using during your service. Your eyes must remain closed during the service and we will not be able to read a text or check who called.
REVIEW OUR LOCATION - Familiarize yourself with our location prior to your appointment to avoid being late. With increased traffic, commute times may be longer, so be sure to allocate extra time to ensure timely arrival to your appointment.
BE ON TIME - Punctuality is essential to ensure every client receives the full, high-quality service they deserve. Late arrivals will no longer be tolerated.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. It is your responsibility to plan ahead, account for traffic, construction, or any potential delays, and arrive on time.
Appointments are scheduled back-to-back. Arriving late not only shortens your service time but also impacts every client scheduled after you. If you arrive late, you will be marked as a no-show and charged the full price of your appointment.
We deeply value the relationships we have with our clients and are committed to providing a relaxed, professional experience for everyone—without the stress of rushing.
*New clients: Please familiarize yourself with our location before your appointment. Getting lost or having difficulty finding the salon is not considered a valid reason for being late.
